Classes

My classes reflect my beliefs, offering an equally nurturing and challenging experience that invites you to move in a way that feels good to you. I love to chant and discuss yoga philosophy so this often shows up in the studio! Feeling deep into all the wobbles is always much welcomed and creative sequencing explores different planes of motion in the body in order to weave out tension from habitual lifestyle patterns, develop flexibility, get the body feeling fluid. There’s always a juicy Savasana to close and often a grounding meditation to start. 

TUESDAY

9.45 - 10.45am NOW STUDIO  BS5 6JF

An all levels Vinyasa exploring pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) You can expect a playful vibe to the class and ambient music that draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. 

5.30 - 6.30pm YOGA ON THE SQUARE BS2 8SA

All levels restorative flow. A class rooted in the slower pace of traditional Hatha yoga, with a fluid flow that may build to more dynamic poses as you encourage movement in the joints, explore coordination. We close in deep restorative poses or longer meditation.

7.30 - 8.30pm PURE YOGA BS1 6ZA

A nourishing dive into the Forrest Yoga inspired vinyasa. Based on the rich tapestry of Eastern yoga and applied to the Western lifestyle and body, Forrest Yoga is an opportunity to explore strength, healing, spirit and the power of deep breathing. Expect backbends, twists, fluid sun salutations and to end in a deep juicy Savasana. Join us! All bodies/abilities welcome 

 

 

WEDNESDAY

6.45 - 7.45pm SPACE238 BS5 0NT

A spiralling Hatha Flow class delving in yogic philosophy, mythology & voicework. I welcome all abilities and bodies to join in! Class explores pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) A real chance to reconnect to the power of your voice through your practice too.

THURSDAY

07.30 - 8.30am WILD WOLFS YOGA BS1 1TG

An energising morning flow in the Wolfpack's beautiful homely studio. We explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) You can expect a playful vibe to the class and uplifting music.  

12.30 - 1.30pm YOGA ON THE SQUARE BS2 8SA

A re-balancing Slow Flow class where you can expect to explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that restore and focus on strengthening aspects of the subtle body (chakra system.) I always encourage playfulness and ambient music draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. This is a nurturing practice with twists to detoxify, breathing exercises to calm and balances to re-ignite our inner strength.

7.30 - 8.45pm  WILD WOLFS YOGA BS1 1TG 

A spiralling Wild Flow in the Wolfpack's beautiful homely studio, delving in yogic philosophy and mythology. We explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) You can expect a playful vibe to the class and ambient music that draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. 

FRIDAY


9.30 - 10.30am PURE YOGA BS1 6ZA
