Classes

My classes reflect my beliefs, offering an equally nurturing and challenging experience that invites you to move in a way that feels good to you. I love to chant and discuss yoga philosophy so this often shows up in the studio! Feeling deep into all the wobbles is always much welcomed and creative sequencing explores different planes of motion in the body in order to weave out tension from habitual lifestyle patterns, develop flexibility, get the body feeling fluid. There’s always a juicy Savasana to close and often a grounding meditation to start.

MONDAY

7.15am - 8.15am  NOW STUDIO  BS5 6JF - ONLINE *

An all levels Vinyasa exploring pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) You can expect a playful vibe to the class and ambient music that draws you to a place of deep stillness to close.

8.15pm NOW STUDIO  BS5 6JF - ONLINE *

Notes on Yoga: Philosophy // What is yoga? What history gave birth to the modern postural yoga we have come to know? How might understanding Chakras inform our practice? Why might the Bhagavad Gita still teach us today?  Join me for a facilitated conversation exploring key themes & diving into the meaningful modern interpretation of philosophical ideals coming from these, and lots other, inspiring texts. An open conversation on how we can live yoga beyond asana. Open to all!

TUESDAY

9.45 - 10.45am NOW STUDIO  BS5 6JF - ONLINE *

An all levels embodied flow exploring pranayama, proprioception work, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on exploring aspects of the physical//subtle body. You can expect a restorative feel to the class and ambient music that draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. 

5.30 - 6.30pm YOGA ON THE SQUARE BS2 8SA - IN PERSON & ONLINE (BOOK THROUGH MOVEGB//PAYPAL DONATION)

All levels restorative flow. A class rooted in the slower pace of traditional Hatha yoga, with a fluid flow that may build to more dynamic poses as you encourage movement in the joints, explore coordination. We close in deep restorative poses or longer meditation.

 

 

WEDNESDAY

10.30 - 11.30am YOGASARA BS5 0NT - ONLINE (BOOK THROUGH MOVEGB//PAYPAL DONATION)

This is a spiralling hatha flow class delving into yogic philosophy & voicework with a restorative feel to find grounding mid-week. I welcome all abilities and bodies and class explores pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system). Each week we'll dive into a different concept/reading from yogic texts; exploring and integrating it through our movements in an open way.

THURSDAY

07.30 - 8.30am WILD WOLFS YOGA BS1 1TG - ONLINE *

An energising morning flow in the Wolfpack's beautiful homely studio. We explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system.) You can expect a playful vibe to the class and uplifting music.  

12.30 - 1.30pm YOGA ON THE SQUARE BS2 8SA - ONLINE (BOOK THROUGH MOVEGB//PAYPAL DONATION)

A re-balancing Slow Flow class where you can expect to explore pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that restore and focus on strengthening aspects of the subtle body (chakra system.) I always encourage playfulness and ambient music draws you to a place of deep stillness to close. This is a nurturing practice with twists to detoxify, breathing exercises to calm and balances to re-ignite our inner strength.

FRIDAY

09.45 - 10.45am ELEVATE BS1 6ZA - IN PERSON 

This is a spiralling hatha flow class delving into yogic philosophy & voicework with a restorative feel to find grounding at the end of the week. I welcome all abilities and bodies and class explores pranayama, sun salutations, fluid movements that wake up the body and focus on strengthening aspects of the physical//subtle body (chakra system). Each week we'll dive into a different concept/reading from yogic texts; exploring and integrating it through our movements in an open way.
